We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and secure profitable contracts via proactive sales nationwide. The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling  security solutions( Manned Guarding) to end user clients. Ideally you wi ll have an already established network within the industry. You must have a record of selling to blue chip corporate organisations, achieving targets of between £500k- £2m per annum.

Salary is flexible (£35 – 60k+) depending on experience. Package will include car, Laptop, Phone, commission, shares option etc.

Duties Include

Be the primary driver of business development for new clients.
Identify new opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
Responsible for securing revenue and growth targets alongside the Managing Director.
Support the Managing Director in identifying the best sectors for growth and key clients to target.
Prepare tenders, quotes and close sales.

What`s Required

An experienced in selling security services (Manned Guarding) with an already established network within the industry.
